TABLES OF RULES

Tables of rules list mutations conferring genotypic resistance or possible genotypic resistance to nucleoside and non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, protease inhibitors, integrase inhibitors and entry inhibitors. For each mutation or mutation pattern marked in the tables, the group included findings from the scientific literature that demonstrate virological or clinical impact.
